About Me
My name is Emmy and I am a fashion graduate, a dressmaker and pattern designer with over 20 years sewing experience. I studied fashion & design at university and have an obsession for fabrics and sewing machines. I have taught textile students at Manchester Metropolitan University as well as my own clients.
I decided to share my passion with others and show you how fun and easy it can be to sew.

You can learn to sew in just 6 weeks!!! I have plenty of students who can testify to this. I will teach you how to sew by working on a series of different projects at a pace to suit you. My studio is very close to the Bredbury exit off the M60 and 5 minutes walk from the train station. I am extremely flexible on days and times of lessons. I pride myself on offering a first class service and if a class is missed the time will be made up elsehwere with no additional charge.
